The Belle Method is the creation of Pilates instructor and former professional dancer Nikki Bergen. Guided by Pilates, inspired by Dance and informed by Science, The Belle Method is Fitness Philosophy designed for women that transforms the female form through functional movement, deep core and pelvic floor activation and mindful re-balancing exercise.
Help to heal diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles) and reclaim your postpartum body. Their method focuses on using breath to activate the deep core system while using rhythmic controlled movements to stimulate a maximum number of muscle fibres. The result is a transformed core, along with a lengthened, sculpted and balanced body. Multiple class locations are available and in-home private training is offered across the GTA!
