Her role is to guide, educate, empower and counsel with evidence-based and up to date information so that you can make the decision that works for you, your baby, family and lifestyle. Together, you and Caroline will customize a care plan that is realistic and that you feel comfortable implementing. Her approach is non-judgmental and guilt-free.
