Part-Time Position

Join our amazing team at the Healthy Moms Market.

We are currently looking to add to our retail team located at 2953 Dundas Street West. We have some flexibility on the schedule but we do need someone who is able to work until 6pm for weekday shifts and available to work some weekend shifts from 10-5pm. 

Our customers are very important to us. We are looking for someone who will nurture those relationships and provide an incredible customer experience with every interaction.

• Starting Wage: $19 / hour
• Generous Employee Discount (25% off regular price)
• Part-time: 25-30 hours (4-5 days per week)
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional experience to all customers you interact with
• Recommend appropriate options to customers looking for items for themselves, their kids or help them pick out the perfect gift
• Create and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, engage with customers in a kind and courteous manner
• Facilitate the checkout process using our POS system
• Receive product shipments and ship out online orders
• In store merchandising support
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Help with occasional events/trade shows

Qualifications:

• Reliable
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication (written + verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Non-judgemental
• Genuine interest in natural health/sustainable living
• Self-starter attitude, highly motivated
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Follows directions well, asks questions when clarification is needed
• Great attention to detail and patience
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Somewhat flexible schedule
• Retail experience preferred

Bonus:

• Knowledge of supplements, natural skincare, sustainable living and/or baby products
• Experience using Shopify
